Affiliate Management Days: Day One Summary

I am back in my hotel room exhausted from the mental workout of the first day of Affiliate Management Days.  The information and networking from the day are invaluable.  I would highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to take their affiliate management to the next level.  However, I know making it to San Francisco is a challenge for many so I wanted to provide you as much information as possible. 

So here is my executive summary of the days along with growing task list as a result of the sessions and great talks.

Remotely Working – A Working Mom’s Spring Break

It is Spring Break. In my youth this term meant crazy trips to the beach and sleeping in late. As a work from home mom, it means a new variation to juggling work, kids and life. I have always made working remotely part of my routine with a weekly day at my second office, the always friendly and quaint Fallbrook Coffee Shop…think Cheers but with hot tea instead of beer. However when the kids are off school, I take it to a new level. I find cool day camps and work next to them. Benefits of this strategy?
